- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $50.00 consulting fee.Then if customer does not want to do work themselves I charge from 150 on up to exclude pests from entering home
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a walk thru of the customers home and make notes of things that need addressed. then I sit down and educate the customer on how they can save money and prevent pests from developing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a exterminator by trade.
