- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current rates are $250 a month for 2 bi-weekly sessions per month. Emails and a quick 15 minute phone call when needed (within reason) are also included for those times in between sessions that the client needs a moment of clarity on something.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is always getting to know each other and making sure we are a good fit to work together. Coaching can be very personal and it is important to have a connection and trust. I have clients fill out some questionnaires and assessments prior to the first meeting so that we can discuss what is going on and get a plan for moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my esthetician training in 2003. I became a board certified holistic health coach in 2011. Went on to get certifications in hypnotherapy, nuero-linguistic programming (NLP), stress management, life coaching, strategic intervention and am currently studying Functional Nutrition. Basically everything that has to do with health-body, mind and spirit. All 3 must be balanced in order for someone to feel their absolute best.
