I had Diamond Duct Cleaning Services come out to inspect and potentially clean a chimney. The chimney has not been cleaned in 27 years. Over the years I have burned wood and Duralogs, and also had used vented and ventless gas logs. I wanted to go back to burning wood, so needed to have the chimney inspected and, if needed, cleaned. On the day of the job, Jeff texted me 15 minutes prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way. He got here exactly when the appointment was scheduled. He was very professional, clean and fast. After an inspection he confirmed that the chimney should be cleaned. He hung plastic sheeting in front of my fireplace to minimize dust and soot, cleaned the chimney, cleaned up and was out in about an hour. No pressure, no sales pitch, no problems. I will use him again when it comes time to inspect my chimney.

No complaints, very pleased with the job. Our ducts hadn’t been cleaned in I don’t know when. There is a noticeable difference in the amount of dust and dog hair floating around in our home. Definitely will use them again in the future.

Jeff was flexible with the day/time and and showed at the confirmed time. He cleaned my dryer vent. It hadn't been cleaned in years and it was pretty disgusting. He answered my questions and got the job done in about 1.5 hours. What he quoted me on the phone was what I was charged. His was my 3rd quote and also the lowest one. Couldn't have done this myself. Worth every star I gave him!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our household with suffering from allergies and cold and flu viruses regularly so we had our ducts cleaned. Then did research on different types of equipment and decided to go into business helping other families reduce the risk of allergies and other viruses in their home.
