I received quotes from a few different businesses for our exterior house painting needs. I was skeptical at first to go with Madrid because they required a 10% deposit just to book the job which was about a month out. I had not had to do that before with any other service we’ve had. But after researching about this, I quickly realized that the 10% down is fairly common. It helps keep people from cancelling last minute and it keep the painters schedules booked full without gaps. So we ultimately decided to go with Madrid as their quote was the best and the photos on their website of their work looked good as well. We paid the 10% down. A few weeks later and right on schedule, they reached out to let us know they were ready. There were 3 guys that came out each day to work on my house. They worked diligently but carefully to get the job done. It took them about a week from start to finish to prep everything. They did great prep work of powerwashing and scraping up any old paint. They taped off what was needed. They even patched the stucco and repaired/replaced some wood rot we had on our trim. They even made adjustments and repainted my columns a different color after I had changed my mind on what I wanted. Our house looks great! I have already recommended them to my sister who booked them for her cabinet painting and I plan to use them again in the future for any of my painting needs. I was not offered anything or promised any form of compensation or discount for this review. I did not know this company prior to using them for this work. I just know how difficult it is to find trustworthy and hardworking trade specialists sometimes. So I wanted to provide a very thorough and honest review to help others who are in the position I was in and need to choose what painting company to use for their projects. I can tell you without hesitation that you may book Madrid Painting LLC with confidence, knowing you will be taken care of and you’ll be happy you went with them. Thank you Madrid!!!
