We have used Start Technology Solutions on several occasions and have been VERY pleased every time. Our wireless network was slow and unreliable until we had Start redo it. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?When charging an hourly rate, I believe it gives a sense of uncertainty and anxiousness about what the final bill will be. I charge a flat rate for the work to be performed to give peace of mind to my customers. I want you to be comfortable with the service and excited about it getting done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get to know my customers so typically we have an initial consultation over lunch or breakfast and we talk through what they want to accomplish. I then provide them with a quote for the work and a good date and time to start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelor of science in network and communications management from Devry University. I also have over 17 years of experience working with computers and other technologies.
