- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually price based on square footage and have a set price per stair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to their house take pictures and measurements that give me enough information to provide an accurate quote for the customer. When I go on my first visit I often usually answer any questions they might have about the process and which products I prefer/recommend.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently helped a lady power wash and stain her deck, which included a pergola, a beautiful chocolate colored stain. We also powerwashed and stained her fence the same color and it took us two and a half days and looks great. I'm fond of this job because we really helped her on the price and we're very hands on with the whole process of finding the right stain for her deck/fence.
