I can’t say enough about how wonderful Rocky’s Remodeling is in every aspect. Extremely knowledgeable, strong work ethic, pride in work, value, professionalism, and quick response time. We had every problem imaginable come up while trying to renovate during a pandemic. Alex was able to handle all of it and always made sure we were happy with his work. Rich is also polite, helpful, and gets back to you in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier with our master bathroom, master closet, kitchen, and bar renovations. On top of it all, extremely honest people!! You won’t find higher quality work at a better price than Rocky’s!! Highly recommend!!

Home remodeling went super well! Doors were replaced, painting throughout the house. Shelves added in closets, bathrooms updated and work was done without mess. Extremely clean work and pleasant people to have in the house. We highly recommend this company!

Great company do what they say for price quoted. Would highly recommend them. They repaired major water damage to ceiling, roof and lanai. When Alex was done you couldn't even tell there was damage. Five stars across the board for these guys.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I hired Rich and Alex to remodel my guest bathroom. As they replaced my new bathtub they let a ton of water spill under my baseboards. A few days later, my first floor ceiling caved in. I wouldn’t have known about the water damage unless that happened. Secondly, the vanity we had to pick out ourselves without much guidance came in and they installed it without communicating that it was too small. We have two inches of a gap showing. Rich has the audacity to walk in and say ‘doesn’t it look good.’ After we pointed out the gap, he told us too bad as we installed what you gave us. They didn’t give us the opportunity to fix the floor or buy a new vanity. Rich told us tough luck and walked out with our money. Do not waste your time. I spent 6k for a bathroom that looks terrible.

We like to feel that the customer is always right, but there are two sides to every story. I would like to address this review as it does not reflect what actually transpired. During the initial estimate the customer said they wanted a new vanity. They also changed their minds about the scope of the project several times. At times they were getting new floors and at times they were not. The old vanity was built in and we made them aware that when you remove a built in vanity there will be a footprint that needs to be addressed. The customer had the dimensions of the exposed footprint for two weeks. They ordered a vanity on their own and instructed us to install it when it came it. Today we installed the vanity that they told us to install. It left a gap but it could be filled in with the existing tile or if they were replacing the floor anyway then the new floor would cover the gap. When I walked in I said "How does it look?" And at that point after it was installed they said they were not happy because of the gap. I asked "What would you like us to do?" And they said "Nothing just leave." I never said too bad, or tough luck. I asked what they wanted to do and they showed me the door. There was an accident with the bathtub installation while we were testing the plumbing. Unfortunately the water damaged the ceiling below. But we did a full no cost repair to the customers satisfaction and agreed to deduct $1,000 from the job. There is no mention of this in the review. Speaking of reviews please note that all our other reviews are full 5 star reviews and the customers refer their friends to us. Although we would like to have all our customers happy sometimes you just can't please everybody, no matter how hard you try.

Since this is a highly customized remodel it is impossible to give a standard price. But we will give you an accurate written estimate once we see what you would like done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases we would like to see the project to give an accurate estimate. We will go over what you are looking for and your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are college graduates and have also passed the Contractors license including continuing education classes.
