FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sorry - no. Every project is unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because every generator installation is unique, we always conduct a comprehensive site evaluation before quoting a project. Once we have an agreement, we'll begin the process by having the customer sign and return a notice of commencement that is required to apply for the electrical permit. Depending on your municipality, the permit will be approved in a few days or as long as 4 weeks. After installing over 1,000 generators in the Tampa area - we know all of muni's processes. So call me and I can tell you the approximate wait time for your location. John Seven Two Seven 432 5335 We keep a large inventor of new residential generators on-hand. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a standby power consultant since 2001 and have designed and managed hundreds of successful generator installations.
