No Pain, No Gain Bootcamp

Introduction: My service will stand strong; you will be pushed to your maximum work ethic. My motto is, "No pain, no gain." You will have to be prepared to work hard everyday. What I enjoy about the work I do is working with young talented men trying to make it to the next level. It's not jus making it to the next level, it is about excelling. I've played five years of college football and professional indoor football, and I just love seeing dedicated young guys come ready to get in the gym and on the field and grind and leave knowing they put 110% into their work ethics, because it makes you that much better.
