Introduction: While I specialize in Swedish and Deep tissue therapy, the techniques I've learned from each corner of the trade allows me to form a unique experience for each person. I enjoy the fact that I get to enhance the quality of life for people. Tailoring each massage to each individual client keeps me excited to keep learning more about my trade, and in turn, lets me educate my clients as well. As a nurse I am on my feet for 12 shifts and lifting patients on a regular basis. Despite my best efforts, I tend to have issues with my back, neck, and shoulders being sore. I have been seeing Kristina now for over a year, and every time I receive a massage from her I walk out feeling renewed. I can't imagine how I would do my job, or function in my regular life without her services.

I work through another massage therapist. She charges based on her 12 plus years of massage and OT experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting general information about their health, find out what it is they are looking for within their sessions and any goals they wish to attain (flexibility, stress relief, better sleep..etc)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Fredrick Maryland School of Massage and graduated in 2015 with 750 hours of text book and hands on training.
