- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is individual. Some are easily accessible and some very hard. Materials being used equipment needed Labor force involved. We know what it takes to get it done and stay very competitive
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set a time to meet at their property and go over what they have in mind. Sometimes it's just their imagination or pictures. but I listen and try to gain insight as to what they want. I like to bring landscape paint and if available set a table and chairs in place. Or mark out for a wall. This gives good visuals overall functionality and a better ideal of total square footage. By this time I know how I'll bring the concrete in where the water will run and most all involved in installing it. I write up a total cost bid hand it to them and say. Nice meeting you guys. HAVE A NICE DAY. Then I just leave it to them and hope for the best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in and around Landscaping and the process of completing jobs my whole life. I have great love for the correct species of tree in the right spot functioning properly and being enjoyed throughout its life. I live and breathe this stuff and really excelled at Mulhall's. Finish grading Installing Natural Stone retaining walls, water features, Boulder placement, paver patios and coordinating material deliveries at proper times to make things happen smoothly. It's what I love.
