- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to do a site survey first so I can fully understand the needs of the customer as well as any potential challenges that may be present. Once that is completed then I will usually submit a bid for the customers approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked in the industry for most of our adult lives with over 20 years of combined experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both of us love A/V so much that if we got paid to sit in a nice home theater all day, we would totally do it. We love to see and hear about new technology that is continually being invented and upgraded. By the time we are done with an install, we want the customer to have the same feeling, the same excitement and passion for quality audio/visual elements as we do. We look forward to building those relationships and sharing our passion with you.
