FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can’t build a 2 million dollar home on a foundation that’s cracking....well, you can but it certainly isn’t wise, this carries over to fitness as well. If you have muscular imbalances or postural distortions these are things I like to seek out before we get started that way we can fix the “foundation” and go from there. When we get to strength building and changing your physique we will have no hinderances from immobility issues! So before we get started on anything the first session will be an assessment so we can figure out where you stand and build a game plan going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal training certification through the national academy of sports medicine, and several years of experience powerlifting, doing conditioning training, body sculpting, and doing functional training that applies to my sport, and life.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went through my own transformation and after helping friends I decided to get certified and help as many people as possible. Seeing people go from feeling like it's a chore to absolutely loving fitness is by far the coolest thing, and I love being able to help make that happen!
