What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's good to understand as much background as possible. We like to learn about your work and family situation, changes throughout the year, review prior year returns and address questions that a new customer may have. Getting a good base level understanding is where we start, then we can identify opportunities and ask questions from there, so that we can find the best possible tax outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's degree in accounting and CPA.
