- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do raise my prices if I the commute is farther. I go by the salon prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a makeup application I would what is your everyday makeup routine, and what is the occasion. For a hair style I would like to know hair length and any hair inspiration to see if your thoughts will be well fitting with your amount of hair. For any other hair service there will be a consultation. At the salon I work we have a new client work sheet that will be filled out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Assistant Stylist at Kontempo. I do hair and makeup there. I am a graduate at Capitol School of Hairstyling and Esthetics.
