- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes and no, more than anything I try to be reasonable and fair in my pricing, but every person and every home, apt, etc is different. I'm very good to those whom are good to me, I want to know you count on me so I can count on you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let them tell me what there looking for, I give a rough guess on price usually make a date and time for a short drop in visit. Just so u can walk me through showing each room and telling me what u would like to be done in that room and how often, usually takes about 15 min and than I can decide on final price and if it's something I can fit your needs into my schedule, I font want to take on a job that I font have the time to do it to the very best of abilities.. I take pride in my work.... .And I want you to take pride in my work as well..
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always ed like cleaning my room even as a kid. . There isn't much in life u can really control but I can control how clean your home is.
