- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First 1 hour consultation is and always will be free 30 minute sessions - $10 60 minute sessions - $20 6 sessions - $100 60 minute group training (2+ people) $10 per person Multiple packages may be purchased at the same time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I have learned anything with my experience, it's that everybody is completely different. Because of this, my number 1 goal in my training is ensuring safety in any and every movement. When working with a new customer, my process is centered around learning as much as I can about that person. With the information I receive, I then create an exercise plan formulated to reach their goals not only in a way that will be tailored to them personally, but also in the safest way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In high school and college, I tailored my schedule to fit with these fitness goals. I have trained in many gyms across Omaha working from children in gymnastics to seniors preventing falls, and everything in between. I studied under and was certified through the American Council of Exercise as a Personal Trainer and have since done much personal education ranging from martial arts training techniques to family dieting solutions. Constantly science is advancing in this field and I am careful to stay on top of the newest information to ensure that my clients are receiving the best training available!
