There was practically torrential rain when the inspector arrived. I appreciate that he still went through with the job being that he had to get up on the roof. He was very dedicated to getting the job done in an efficient and timely manner and he willingly answered all 50 million questions I had! and the cost was almost 35% cheaper than what I've had other house inspector companies quote me Thank you again!
