- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are priced very competitively, quite lower than the competitors when compared apples to apples. No setup fees. Month to month contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to better understand their business & industry to make sure we can target the right audience with the most accurate message. We like to find out what our clients budget is to work with so we can make sure we find the right match for their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience - through trial and error and growing our own platforms over the years we’ve gained more understanding through our in-depth experience & helping so many others within their specific industries.
