I signed up for Josh's online programming and he has been great to work with. He updates my programming the same time every week and never leaves me without a program. Josh is also always quick to respond to questions and there to give feedback on weaknesses, form corrections, etc. He is extremely smart and passionate about helping others be their best selves.
