I love Jay! Since I wanted to get into shape and start to build muscle I knew I needed help. When I met Jay he came to me with open arms and willing to help achieve my goals that I have set out for myself. Ever since the first training session he has taught me so much about myself, my body, and weighting as a whole. I noticed changes almost immediately! I took in everything that he had said, listened to his corrections and advice and just within 3 weeks I've not only seen a difference in my body physically by seeing more definition, but mentally as well. I am more confident than ever before! I highly recommend Jay because his knowledge and passion on wanting to help others truly does show through his personality!

As someone with a tall and slim physique, I'd been struggling with building muscle for the longest time. And let me tell you it was not fun, it was so frustrating and demotivating to work your ass off but not see any results. I came across Jay's page by a complete accident, and I'm happy I did, it was life changing. He introduced me to a different but very effective approach and I'm loving it! I'm finally seeing changes in places I haven't seen any before and all the hard work is paying off. And honestly, what's there to not love about Jay? He's got a great personality and he's not afraid to give you some tough love exactly when you need it. Working with him has made ny fitness journey so much easier and he's a great friend too. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable trainer with an individual approach. Thumbs up for Jay from me x

Jay is an excellent personal trainer. From the first time we met to discuss my goals and needs, he listened and helped me create a workout plan that was challenging yet achievable. He is very responsive to my questions and encourages me to keep pushing and making progress. Very knowledgeable, fun to workout with and always encouraging. I highly recommend him!

Jay is dedicated to his clients and really wants to see them succeed. He customized my workout routine to help me meet my fitness goals, and I love seeing the results in the mirror and I love that I'm starting to be able to use heavier weights at the gym finally. My form has also improved so much.
