Chris always took the time to explain everything fitness and nutrition related. I’m came to Chris as a beginner with no knowledge of weight training or a proper diet. Chris showed me how to properly do certain exercises as well as clean up my eating habits. I would recommend his training and nutrition services to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

I picked all the top marks because this trainer (Chris) is really on point! Initial discussion was very welcoming, comfortable, and simple to understand. I met Chris with my own goal set and he was very good about creating a comprehensive plan to match and ensure I reach that goal. Although this is only my second week, he has been tough in the right areas, never been late, flexible with my schedule, and always has a cheerful and motivating attitude. Chris has also gone the extra mile by meticulously reviewing my nutrition data and providing tips and insight before each workout. In short, I finally feel like I have a all the tools I need to succeed.
