- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing can be found at our website, using the simple pricing tool. We couldn't have made this part easier and there are no hidden costs or fees. No having to call for pricing or different prices for different clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can take on new work with as little as a phone call, but for bigger projects and weddings, we have a preproduction meeting, to meet the couple and find out who they are as a couple. This gives you a chance to get to know who you'll work with, and helps us to give you a video that really shows who you are! When you decide we're just right for you, we'll go over the contract with you and you're all set!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my videographers have gone to school for film and post-production, but that's not my first concern. First, I look for people who are friendly and excellent with clients. Next, it's a must that they have a great eye for awesome shots and finally, they need lots of experience with camera gear so that they can focus on what's most important - your event!
