FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyers my services are FREE! I will work diligently to get you the best deal possible on the home of your dreams and you don't pay me at all. For sellers my fees are representative of the services I provide. I typically average more money for my sellers than the average agent in the area so I always try to pay for myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new client I like to sit down face to face and discuss their needs. If they are buying we talk about the process of buying a home and learn more about the wants and needs of the buyer. If it is a seller i discuss the marketing that I do that results on quick sales and the best deal for the client. An educated buyer/seller always make out better!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Marketing form the University of Scranton which is a huge advantage in the real estate landscape we are in right now. I am always looking for education opportunities that will assist my clients. I have attained by ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and e-PRO (online specialist), the training form these designations I use everyday.
