Injuries or medical conditions
First off I’d like to state that I wasn’t motivated for weight training or meal planning. Doctors just recommended that it’d be a good idea as well as healthy. So I found a flyer on my windshield and usually I just throw them out but I was like why not check this one out and there was his initials TR. So I took it to the gym and turned out the first guy I talked to turned out to be Taylor. We talked a little about how I’d might try it out maybe like 30 minutes every couple days or so, which was perfectly fine with him. He gave me plenty of options and plans as to what I could do to shape up what I wanted as well as meal plans that would help out which had lots of good food I could still eat that were healthy. So days go on and I still didn’t hit the gym, he gave me a call I swung by and started my work outs. Light but felt good. I did skip a couple days here and there but as it went on I was just somehow more motivated to work out. I went from 30 minutes every couple days to about 45 minutes to an hour 4 days a week as well as changing my diet. About 2 months later and I’ve lost about 18 pounds and 7% body fat which is great news but then I had to buy new clothes. Anyways I would just like to say that Taylor is a great and easy guy to talk to. Has many options and plans to accommodate anybody’s needs. Great at motivating me to work out. We’ve even hung out a few times after workout grabbing lunch. So I’d recommend him to anybody.Jul 13, 2016

All clients will be given complimentary monthly diet, goal and body analysis: 1. Basic Package: - $35 - 45 min training session 2. Silver Package: -$45 - 45 minute training session - 15 minute personal stretching and rolling 3. Gold Package: - $60 - 75 minute training session - 15 minute personal stretching and rolling 4. Yoga session: - $30 - 30 minute personal yoga session 5. Personal stretching and Rolling: -$20 - 30 minutes personal stretching and rolling 6. Home training services - $60-$90 (Depending on distance) - 45 minute training session - 15 minute stretching - 10 mile maximum
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Nutrition first and foremost. Then Posture and injury analysis. Then incrementally test fitness level. This same process is repeated and evaluated monthly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a collegiate baseball player, kinesiology major at Chapman University, International Sports Science Association (ISSA) certified personal trainer, CPR/AED certified
