Introduction: I am a Master Trainer working out of a training facility that does 1/2 Personal training and 1/2 Physical therapy. This allows me to train a variety of individuals, whether it’s training to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat, or post rehab training. I went to Chapman University as a Kinesiology major and have been a professional trainer for 8 years. In my 8 years I have had the pleasure of helping an assortment of different people. From a sweet 79 year old woman training for life longevity, to a 19 year old young man training to enter the fire academy. I have trained amateur athletes, and those seeking to lose over 100lbs, and succeeded. Whatever your goals may be I garuntee that I can help you achieve them!

I originally got transferred to Taylor and from the get go it was a blast working with him. He is very active and wants you to become the best you. From the knowledge he has of the human body in not only theory but also in a practical format. He will meet you at where you are at to get you to become the person you want to be. If you are looking for a great Trainer. Taylor is the guy for you. PS: He has some great stories.

I have been working with Taylor as my personal trainer for just over a year. In that time I have noticed remarkable differences in the way I look and feel. I have toned arms legs and abs, I feel like I am doing the best for my body, and my shoulder pain is gone! I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results.

Taylor rocks! He uses a science-based approach which was very appealing and what drew me to work with him in the first place. He will always be able to explain why he chooses the workout he does and will mold them to meet you where you're at. Plus, he'll gladly help you with your diets if you're interested in expediting your weight loss and/or muscle gain too! Can't recommend him enough!

Overall great to work with, very fast after starting to work with him you will already see that he is very engaging with his clients and giving his clients great workouts that really make yourself feel great afterwards.

First off I’d like to state that I wasn’t motivated for weight training or meal planning. Doctors just recommended that it’d be a good idea as well as healthy. So I found a flyer on my windshield and usually I just throw them out but I was like why not check this one out and there was his initials TR. So I took it to the gym and turned out the first guy I talked to turned out to be Taylor. We talked a little about how I’d might try it out maybe like 30 minutes every couple days or so, which was perfectly fine with him. He gave me plenty of options and plans as to what I could do to shape up what I wanted as well as meal plans that would help out which had lots of good food I could still eat that were healthy. So days go on and I still didn’t hit the gym, he gave me a call I swung by and started my work outs. Light but felt good. I did skip a couple days here and there but as it went on I was just somehow more motivated to work out. I went from 30 minutes every couple days to about 45 minutes to an hour 4 days a week as well as changing my diet. About 2 months later and I’ve lost about 18 pounds and 7% body fat which is great news but then I had to buy new clothes. Anyways I would just like to say that Taylor is a great and easy guy to talk to. Has many options and plans to accommodate anybody’s needs. Great at motivating me to work out. We’ve even hung out a few times after workout grabbing lunch. So I’d recommend him to anybody.
