The service from beginning to end was supreme. There were some very unique and tailored touches KMR added to our event. The staff beamed quality customer service while still be warm and welcoming to our volunteers. Although we had a strict budget, the pricing was inclusive of their desire to work with us. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Greeting call and Intake form 2. Email or fax our professional menu or customized menu with clients food preferences. 3. Email or meet with price quote. * We will interiew the clients to see if we compliment eachother. We are professional and respectful company that will work with those who demostrate those values. 4. Discuss quote 5. Client agrees, provide credit card authorization form(fees may apply) or online deposit. 6. Check in with party 5 days prior to event. 7. All balances paid 14 days or less prior to event if party is more than 25 people, no exceptions. Thank you
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?The chef is culinary trained and degreed. All staff have catering tranining and we are serve safe certified and fully insured with all appropriate licenses. In addition the core team has higher education degrees that is exemplified in the professionalism of the business.
