- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more information you provide the better. Some pricing quoted does not include delivery when it comes to rentals. If address of venue, date and time frame of event is provided then a more proper quote can be sent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always invite to come see and experience our showroom. Setting up a meeting in person in a public space makes everyone feel comfortable. Even if you are looking for one specific service I can most likely help you with more!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with the U.S Career Institute in Wedding & Event Planning. In 2005 I started assisting planning and coordinating with senior event planners in Orange County. My experience through the years in event production, rentals, venues, and catering has set me up for creating amazing events!
