- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are paid for the month, not per session. This ensures a high level of commitment. Reaching your goals takes more than one session. The longer your commitment the smaller the price per session :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure that I get some time to talk to my new client and go over their goals and discuss for how long they've been working on their goals. I like to go over any concerns that my client may have towards training and like to make sure that all their questions have been answered. Once I know what our goals are, I take an initial assessment to see where we're starting from. From there, I create an outline of the steps I see necessary to reach their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Kinesiology, a personal training certification, a strength and conditioning certification, and nutrition certification in progress.
