- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are dependent upon what type of work we'll be doing together. It's simple, once I have a clear idea from you what is involved and that's why I require a preliminary phone call before any scheduled session. It's also a great way to get somewhat acquainted and feel if it's a good fit for us. This complimentary initial phone consultation helps me to understand you, what you're choosing to work on and how I can be of service to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts by you reaching out to me and then we schedule a complimentary initial phone consultation (up to 30 minutes in length). When we discover it's a good fit, we can simply schedule our 1st full-length appointment at the end of that call. Once we are scheduled for our 1st appointment together, I will send you some client intake forms to your email and you can scan and email them back to me before your appointment so that I may review them prior to serving you. All information you provide is kept in the strictest confidence and your privacy will be maintained. I accept most standard forms of payment and I can see you in person or virtually, via phone, Skype, etc. The 1st appointment
