My AC had been broken for several days and the repairman who was supposed to fix it flaked. It was a last minute decision to find an alternative repairman. Mike responded within minutes to my repair request, and was available/willing to make an appt immediately, despite contacting him after hours. He arrived promptly, quickly determined the issue, and made the repair. He was friendly, professional, competent.
