They left my patio full of water and brought a lot of water inside my house I had to mop up. The windows and screens are very clean but almost forgot to shut my blinds.

At the end of our jobs we like to leave the blinds open before closing them so that our customers can see their clean windows and check our work. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to first introduce myself and the company. Next, we like to ask clarifying questions about the customers needs and job requirements. Once a work date is established, we follow up with a reminder message before coming out to the customers home. Once at the customers home, we finish the job and complete it with a walk-through, making sure the customer is completely satisfied with our work.
