Mike is a miracle worker, and one of the best technology vendors I've ever worked with - highly recommend his work! We had a Toshiba phone system/VOIP programming issue when my company switched over from Time Warner to Cox. Literally days and hours of Mike's time were spent reprogramming our system as the prior vendor didn't have it set up correctly, and additional time spent on an issue with Cox's programming. Through all of the trials and errors, "what else can go wrong", Mike was very patient, and dedicated to making sure our system worked correctly. We're a busy company with 3 locations and phone systems that need to work with each other, and because of Mike's dedication, we had very little downtime. In addition to his patience, I really appreciate the straightforward way he does business, if it's something easy he can teach you, he's happy to do so. He thoroughly explains all of the work he does, and is very good at explaining complicated processes in an easy to understand way. Since our initial disaster, Mike has helped me with a couple of housekeeping/ maintenance issues, and he's a huge help to me. We joke that we're just waiting for "something else to go wrong", because of all of the messes we found - but being able to work through something like that, and find a great, reliable vendor made it worth it.Apr 18, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are hourly rate is competitive and quite fair. We always give the customer the best deal we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We always meet with the customer prior to the start of work and look over the customers project so there are no surprises for us or the customer. We then give an estimate of the work requested. We never do work that has not been approved by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Initially trained at Associated Technical College. Have extensive training and certification in all models of Toshiba Telecommunications equipment from 1986 to present. Certified in Panasonic DBS and NEC DSX. Over eight years experience in installation and troubleshooting of Surveillance Camera Systems.
