- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of my pricing is based on a fixed "per job" total. That way, I shoulder all of the risk and you don't have to worry about surprise costs! For larger projects that require a timetable setup, I do offer low hourly rates and software that tracks the time consistently for accurate billing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My number one goal on Thumbtack is to make sure that you are taken care of with 5 star levels of customer service. Due to my past experience working remotely and onsite with a vast array of companies across many different industries, I have gained a skill of being able to diagnose a wide variety of PC and network issues by asking some basic questions over the phone. This allows me to let you know, up front, if I can be a good fit! If it ends up that I cannot, I have a large network of professionals that I will happily point you to that can resolve your needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have acquired top level certifications from CompTIA (Net+ & A+), Cisco (CCNA & CCNA Voice) as well as Microsoft (MCSA & MSCE). I am also a Tegile Certified Implementation Engineer and a StorageCraft Master Engineer.
