Do not hire Joel to do your work. It has been three months since Joel was hired and this job is still not complete, despite having received payment in full on the first day he arrived to do the job. We hired him on 12/19/16 to cut the limbs off a large tree in our backyard at our new home, which our neighbors informed us was dead. The limbs are overhanging the electrical wires and we wanted to remove the hazard. Joel quoted us $400, half what the other pros on Thumbtack estimated (after seeing pictures of the job to be done), so he got the job. He did not show up the day he was scheduled (12/23/16). He came the next day at 1:30pm -- 4.5 hours later than he said he would. When he arrived, he doubled his quote to $800 based on the size of the limbs. We agreed since he was in the ballpark of the other quotes, and paid him upfront of the work. He worked for 3 hours and did half the job leaving debris and equipment in our yard, but promised to return 2 days later to finish the job. The limbs we hired him to cut are still up and in the electrical lines! He did not return on 12/16/16 as promised, or on 12/27, or on 12/28...by January, he stopped answering calls from our numbers or returning texts. On 2/7/16, six weeks later, his assistant returned to clear the debris covering our entire backyard--and his wheelbarrow is still in our side yard full of debris and his ropes are still in our tree. Joel is excellent at trimming trees. However, he is not reliable and will not complete your work.

Aside from 20+ years expierance, we attend multiple. ISA field classes\workshops per year . Keeping us educated & up to date with the strict rules and regulations on proper tree care, according to and set forth by the international society of arborists .
What types of customers have you worked with?
We dont discriminate we love & welcome everybodys business . Sacramento "city of treez" has a multi ethnical/culture as well is our clientele . Our goal is to build a ongoing relationship with the customer as well as there treez.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For yours&the providers protection and peace of mind look for a company that carries all necassary insurance . Tree svc is high risk/dangerous profession . Every tree has the potential to cause injury And/or damage to your home and property.
