Since my business requires long hours and quite a bit of office work my health was really starting to go down hill. So in march 2017 I signed up for a fitness / nutrition package with Angela. This turned out to be the best investment of my life. I found her to be genuinely enthusiastic and supportive of my fitness goals. Without that encouragement and motivation I would have found an excuse to not stick with it, especially after a long day at the office. The workouts she designs have so much variety they are never boring. Her private gym equipment is clean, cutting edge and top notch. I like the privacy element verses all the typical distractions at a public gym. I am so happy with my results! In the first 90 days I lost 21 pounds and feel basically like a different person. The improvement in energy and sense of well being has been dramatic. She has got me over my procrastination and old excuses of not having the "energy" or "time" to work out and brought my fitness goals to a reality."

I have been training with Angela for (1) yr now. She is so professional in her approach to exercise and good health. She has a wonderful gym at her house with professional equipment. She works to educate AND train her clients on both exercise and nutrition!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I see my role as a Nutrition Consultant as an opportunity to educate, inspire, and empower clients (and companies, communities, health practitioners, etc.) to make healthy food choices and implement and maintain healthy habits. This role is especially important in today’s world heavily burdened by chronic disease, malnutrition, and constant stressors. In fitness my goal is to make sure my clients' routines include aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, balance training, flexibility and stretching.
