- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive. We offer exceptional service at a great price. We offer military and senior discounts too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We show up on time, our technician will review the work order with you. You then will approve the work order. The technician will then spend about 30-45 minutes to diagnose your appliance. The technician will present his findings and recommendation as well as an estimation of cost to complete the repair. Following customer approval of the repair estimate the technician will perform the repair. The technician will answer any questions you may have as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each technician is selected based on experience and training. Each technician at Best Local Appliance Repair is a factory certified/authorized tech. Our technicians have met the highest standards and have passed a background check and are subject to drug testing to ensure our customers safety and peace of mind.
