- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a meet and greet, whether over the phone or in person. It is important that I know exactly what the client wants, but it is also important that the client meets me before commiting.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working at the Abernethy Center in 2013. I was a Ceremony Specilaist for 2 years and then promoted to the position of Lead Specialist, giving me the responsibilities of traning, guiding and teaching other Specialists.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with so many different types of people. That's another reason I love being a coordinator so much.
