- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Apex offers Military discounts and senior discounts. Our pricing is aggressive for the client yet priced accordingly to achieve a quality product for the consumer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially meeting with the client to assess their needs and situation, make recommendations and provide an accurate written proposal. Once the client and Apex comes to an agreement on the project its time to make product selection. After selection of product is done we can order materials, get Material ETA's and from that point schedule the project. Communication is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Apex team has been in the business for 20+ years now with an extensive background in all aspects of construction, from being a manufactures rep, importing of natural stones and hardwoods, commercial project management such as world mark resorts, collins lake resort at government camp, high end residential such as Street of Dreams and Parade of homes managing many flooring projects. Also working with the suppliers and going through ongoing training and factory tours.
