Introduction: Registered YTT200 and RPYT through Yoga Alliance. Yoga teacher at Sundance Resort and Orem Recreational Center. I'm also a certified personal trainer and a health and wellness coach. It is my goal in life to help people live their best lives by being healthy and happy, through balance- which includes fitness and healthy eating. Most people have no idea how good they are supposed to feel! It doesn't have to be complicated- a little movement, real food, and consistency (with a little motivation and accountability thrown in) is really all it takes!

I enjoy Alyssa's' yoga classes because she gives you options when you are doing a certain positions. If you to make the yoga pose more of a challenge or easier, she will tell you to do a little more of this or that, and she always shows you an example. I'm amazed at her knowledge of the history of the different chakras and how they relate to your body. I love that she takes the time to explain the benefit of the different positions. The classes that I've been to have a range from young to old and she has the ability to make everyone feel like they are having a private lesson. I would recommend her classes to anyone that is just learning or has been doing yoga for years.

Alyssa is very knowledgeable about prenatal yoga and helpful in guiding you through your practice. I've enjoyed having her in my home. She is professional and also personable. I feel energized and empowered after our sessions together and look forward to working with her every week.
