- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My work in multiple session experiences. Usually 90 days. Sometimes 4 weeks. It gives you more support and better opportunity for lasting change to have weekly consistent meetings over an extended period of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do Discovery Sessions before I commit to working with someone. It gives them a chance to get to know me and me a chance to get to know them and make sure we are a good fit in working together. I’m not the right coach for everyone and that’s okay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified through the Health Coach Institute. I am currently working through their HMBA program. I also try to attend at least 2 related classes, workshops or trainings each year to learn new techniques and keep myself current with what others are doing that works.
