I had Glens Emergency plumbing out to my house cause the crawlspace flooded with about 5 inches of water. Glen was very professional and upfront about my problem. After agreeing to a very reasonable price. They pumped out the water and installed drain tile w a pit and pump so I never have to worry about this problem again. They did a wonderful job and even got most of my money back for me by helping me with a insurance claim. I'd definitely would recommend Glens Emergency Plumbing and Sewer.

Glen works with a small talented crew of guys. They are really good guys that went above and beyond to produce the work as I requested. He was also really transparent about any issues that came up. They even helped me carry my flooring into the house just because. I am really pleased with not only the quality of work at the affordable price Glen and his crew provides but I was most impressed with their ability to adapt and change to my ideas. I have a really big project on my hands and Glen and his crew were up to the task. They removed my cast iron stack from my basement through the first and second floor all the way to the roof. They also replaced all of the secondary venting and supply pipes. Along with the plumbing they removed part of the load bearing wall and supported it with a beam as requested. They also moved the toilet and shower and re-framed a closet so I could extend my master bathroom. We are nearing completion of this project and I will be using them for additional work I will require. I have recommended Glen and his crew to my co-workers and family and would recommend them to anyone in their Chicagoland service area. I will be adding a second review with before and after pictures to show the great work they do.

As first time home buyers we had no clue where to start when looking for a plumber and are glad we found Glen! From the beginning he did a great job of not only showing us what needed to be done, but explaining why and how everything works, putting our minds at ease that he wasn't racking up a list of issues just to charge us more. He quickly provided us a very reasonable quote to take care of a handful of projects, and was able to start almost immediately. Throughout the process Glen stayed in constant communication, sending text updates and pictures of their progress throughout the day. After pulling out an old shower, there was extensive mold and water damage which Glen explained exactly what needed to be done and again, provided us with great service at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Glen and are so glad we now have a go-to plumber!
