- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Website pricing is pretty straight forward with my services ranging from $60 to $250 per webpage and depending on the industry the site is for. Graphic Designs such as stationary design, packaging design, and any other print related or stagnate design is based of industry standard pricing depending on the specific project details. Pricing can range anywhere between $250 to $1500 depending on details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to keep the overall process very simple. The best way that I can work with a customer is meeting face-to-face in the beginning and then meeting each expectation as we layed out in the first meeting. We will have our first initial meeting, were we will ensure that we have a clear understanding of what you want to accomplish and how I will help you to that through my design work. I will create a brief of information regarding your business, your customers or market your trying to attract, and the end result you want to get to. Then, I will take the certain amount of days agreed on to finish work. Finally, I will deliver work to you for approval and make any last changes if needed at which time you will submit payment upon approval of design and delivery of finished art.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have college training and 8 years of creative experience across a wide variety of artistic projects. I have worked with multiple business big to small over the span of the past 8 years. I am currently employed part-time for a sign company were I design and manage websites for the company and clients, assisting with graphic design related projects and completing side projects as I receive them for outside clients.
