- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the scope of the project. I am reasonably priced and work very efficiently. I will always be happy to provide an accurate quote and review in detail with the client. In addition, if the job goes over the allotted time for whatever reason, I always honor the quote pricing as I pride myself more on building a solid relationship vs. a dollar amount. I am a fair and honest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an introduction, I normally provide the client with a creative brief as it relates to their particular project. We discuss the design direction and I answer any questions or concerns about the process. Upon approval of the quote, I provide a detailed outline of the project proposal, what is to be included and details that include the number of initial comps presented, editing process and timeline for completion. I am available extended hours to answer any questions the client may have. Once the design is approved and completed, the client is provided with all the necessary files to move forward with all of their marketing efforts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My extensive background in design spans over twenty years. I have a B.S. in Advertising/Design and am proficient in all design software. I have been published in three design publications, won over 70 Addy awards and have worked with a variety of clients on everything from print campaigns to package design.
