Dan is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly and did the job with a smile on his face. We appreciate his friendliness and honesty. We thought we would have to paint our house within the upcoming months. After he did the cleaning, he told us we were in good shape. That could have been more money for him but he is a man of integrity and did not recommend painting. Thanks Dan!
