- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All events are different. We use the following factors to scope price, location, guest count and the number of project hours that DS will dedicate to the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
DS usually schedules a consultation to scope the event. We then send a estimated invoice for services. Upon payment of the deposit, the date is booked and we begin taking the weight off your shoulders!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both owners have project management training and accredited course work in event management. DS is also a licensed corporation.
