- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask questions. At Brand201, we start by asking 10-20 (depending on request) questions to uncover the ultimate desired goal and outcome. Next, we create the copy or recommend products based on the results of the initial consultation. Finally, the copy or proof of art is sent to customer for approval before finalizing.
