All commission fees for sellers are negotiable and commission fees for the buyers are typically paid by the seller.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to meet with the new customer to discover their goals, wants and needs. From there, together we create a plan of action to meet those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Realtor since 1999 and licensed Associate Broker since 2003.
