Me and my wife were looking for a home in the Kissimmee area and after having a different realtor which only told us about 2 houses in a week we had to let him go. Then we got connected with Amy and we had some strange requests, we wanted a house with front windows where a Christmas tree could be seen from the front. We got it but not only that, we got a house with a pool 4 bed 2 bath and 2 car within our budget and she helped us every step of the way. When we decided to move to Florida we couldn't find a realtor to work with us, we wanted to see the different areas but didn't have our house on the market yet. Two different realtors stood us up two days in a row because they didn't want to waste their time. Amy contacted us and immediately started working with us. Tenacious! This is the one word I would use to describe Amy Wagner who was our realtor and helped us find our home. She was so understanding and helpful to us as first time homebuyers. She did not stop until she found us the home we wanted and assisted us in every aspect of making it happen. No question was too dumb, and she showed endless patience with all our questions as well as skillfully guiding us in the search for the perfect home, at the perfect location for the right price. My typical process is to meet with the new customer to discover their goals, wants and needs. From there, together we create a plan of action to meet those goals.
