- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to keep everything as simplified as possible. Most of our custom logo and business cards can be completed for $200. Brochures usually involve a bit more work and cost $300, generally. Most of our sites run from $500-$1000, but can cost more depending on advanced requested features (such as complex shopping carts, SSL installation and non-organic search engine optimization).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take the time to get to know our clients and get a feel for their stylistic interests, budget and immediate and long-term goals. We do this at the client's convenience, including over the phone and during in-person meetings. Our studio is conveniently located in downtown Orlando, but we are more than happy to stop by to visit! Once we get enough information, we begin the project management phase, laying out the scope, budget and timeframe to put together a firm project charter. On agreement of the project direction, we begin gathering and/or creating content for the project (as required) and begin the design process. The client provides feedback, we adjust and, once we have design approval, we develop the project until work is complete and ready for delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Members of our design team have studied writing in the UK, graphic design stateside and programming languages in Europe. We are cross-trained in IT and network administration. We take pride in maintaining our own studio and server equipment for over fifteen years in the Central Florida area.
