We do try our best to please everyone, which is most definitely impossible, but we did please you and that is what matters to us right now. We get some bad reviews from some of our clients last minute requests to move immediately because their mover fell through, immediate evictions, or they realised they cannot move the BIG stuff so we have to schedule them for afternoon or evening and they get upset because they must wait their turn. O.K. WE'RE CONFUSED??? It says "DRIVE TIME" on EVERY initial quote and EVERYWHERE else we advertise. You moved out of town. When we drive you out of town we must obviously drive back into town? I am sorry, your price will obviously be different from someone moving down the street as to 2 hours away and 2 hours back. No one told you how long your move would take without seeing your items. You asked for an APPROXIMATE time frame and no one has ever told us ALL the items or the EXACT circumstances to give a flat rate over the phone. As for 2, 3, 4, or 12 men, it is strictly at the customer's discretion. All we do here is make suggestions based on 23 years of experience. This is a Christian company, we do not push our clients to do anything. Ever. We also took off the drive time to satisfy you and you're still printing a bad review??? Movers were excellent??? Folks, ""Drive Time"" means ""DRIVE TIME"". I don't know how else to define that. What I do know is that fuel in those trucks is 6 MPG and our employees are paid hourly when they are headed your direction in a major city. This most definitely is paid by the client. Not the company. All companies do, they just hit you with SURPRISE CHARGES at the end. As a DEVOUT CHRISTIAN COMPANY, we are honest and upfront by telling our clients you pay your hourly rate ONLY including ""DRIVE TIME"" . To save the customers on time and money, we do however send only large trucks (no additional packing or stacking). And really, $75 HR for 2 Pro's and a 30' truck is an obnoxiously low rate to begin with to have Pro's that do not do damage. That should be your main concern. ""2 Men & A Truck"" start at about $125 HR!!!! Thank you for your business. Next time, when in doubt about something written, just ask. We're happy to explain. God bless you on all future endeavors.

NO MOVER could have had you to Ft. Lauderdale and unloaded by 4PM. We had a 30 min. delay. You had a FULL MOVE to Ft. Lauderdale from Orlando and only had your elevator reserved until 4 PM. That is why you were charged by your building manager. You didn't want to pay to the extra $120 to be loaded the day before and sit on our truck overnight for immediate delivery next day. We appreciate it when the honesty flows in both directions. And yes, thank you, we do excellent work. Just can't do the impossible.

14 Miles in the City of Orlando......LOL, yes, I can most definitely see that taking an hour, especially at lunch time!!! That is EXACTLY the reason we must charge for drive time as it is stated on all original quotes to clients on Thumbtack. All moving companies do in one form or another. Movers are paid hourly. I can assure you that the company is not going to pay for their wages, the client will. Fuel is also included in that hourly rate. These trucks average 6 MPG. We feel that DRIVE TIME IS VERY FARE! And FYI, the 2 hours drive time was from our base in Winter Park - To pick-up - To destination - And back to base. The good thing is that our movers are AWESOME & FAST and we only use large 32' trucks (no stacking on small moves) , so I am sure this made up for your drive time!!! Thank you, and God Bless!!!!!

ATTENTION ALL: Thank you for being clear about the WAY WE DO BUSINESS David!!! We get the occasional bad review because people call a PROFESSIONAL BUSY COMPANY on so short of notice (less than 24 hrs) and expect to be moved right now! I would actually be afraid of hiring a company that can take your move on that short of notice that day or even the following morning! GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT! We can normally get folks scheduled for afternoon moves on that short of notice but the must wait until the move before them is obviously complete. Sorry, that is not always right at 1 PM!!! We give people an approximate afternoon time, tell them they do not have to stay home, we will give them 40 min. notice when in route, and they still mark us as "late" on reviews. Some will get started at 1PM, some started at 3PM, some started at 5PM. If you want a last minute move, we get to you that day but you must wait your turn. Most know weeks before that they are moving. If you want a 9 AM spot at any BUSY PRO MOVING COMPANY, you have to have a little more notice than 5 PM the night before. EVERY client's initial quote is automated and specifically says "customer pays drive time". We have never given any client an EXACT time when they want an AFTERNOON MOVE with 18 hours notice. Most know they are moving more than 18 hours prior. We did what we could for you on such short notice The client MUST WAIT until the move before them is complete. We were kind enough to send you 3 men for the price of 2 for the previous customers delay. You paid $85 HR for 3 instead of 2. You made out quite well. Sorry you feel this way. Merry Christmas.
Sir, we like to keep the HONESTY flowing in both directions, this is a CHRISTIAN company. What you didn't know is that I am the owner and I happen to take your initial recorded phone conversation where you mentioned that the previous movers had already split that granit once before, that was on the entertainment console, had it repaired with an adhesive (glue), and that they did damage to several pieces when you originally called in for a quote. Our men just found the additional damage you did not see from last mover BEHIND & UNDER a sofa and BACK cracked legs on a sofa. As for 2 hours late, you requested an afternoon move. We give all clients an approximate time of arrival with 40 minutes notice. ALL afternoon and evening clients must wait their turn. We do not have movers sitting at home waiting for a 1 PM EXACT move time. These are all the reasons you never called our office. We are fully insured. Sorry for your losses from your previous mover. And you are right, I always complain that people don't take enough movers as well. 2 movers for an entire 4 bedroom house is NOT adequate.
